GPRS in Kochi

I was looking for a good internet connection from the day I stopped using Asianet Dataline. I saw an advertisement of IDEA (my old cell provider) about GPRS. I bought a new handset with GPRS facility. They charge Rs. 500 for unlimited use. But I was disappointed with their service. I never got a stable connection. They didn't even had a tollfree number for support and the customer care people were novice regarding their GPRS service !!

Thus I changed my connection to Airtel. They offer unlimited internet @ Rs.250. It seems to be quiet stable. I get 4-5 kbps speed.

Hey now Airtel have come up with a new scheme. One year unlimited internet @ Rs.1500. Event though Airtel have introduced EDGE facility, there is no increase in performance.
